Marvin G. Valento Jr. founded Realty Transformers in 2009, and markets through Smart Realty, Inc. a Phoenix Real Estate Broker. Marvin, who has a BA in Computer Science, has a diverse background. With 15 years of extensive disciplines in large Technical Project Management, Software Development and Deployment projects with Accenture, Wells Fargo Bank, US Bank and American Express. Additionally, he has 15 Years of concurrent Real Estate Development and Investment experience in Sales/Rentals working with Residential and some Commercial facets of the industry. Currently as Multi-Million dollar Sales producer rehabbing and Greening up, existing distressed single family properties.

This experience coupled with Marvin’s years of experience in the construction trades makes him uniquely suited and qualified to restore and rehabilitate depressed and neglected properties.
